have you ever mentioned a fellow blogger in your work and wanted them to know you had done so?

first; in your post - make their name a clickable link that directs to their blog. (you probably have already done this, it is basic blogger etiquette)

then; after publishing, click on said link.

under the 'referrers' section in their analytics page, they will see where traffic is being sent from from - and one of those links will now be the post in reference.

i've been pleasantly surprised to see myself or my work mentioned on stranger's blogs in the past - and the only way i ever would've known is the fact that someone happened to click on my namesake. it's heartwarming to know that people enjoy your work, so don't be afraid to make it known. :)
