updated my about page with a new email address
tried to set up a custom domain for this blog but i cant seem to make it work. page may have been temporarily down overnight for that reason. oops!

replaced previous header with a guestbook [edit: 11/29; migrated!]
removed email subscription link. i can't keep up with my own blog, let alone notifying people about it.
saw this post and decided to play around with my upvote button too. it's a little broken, but it's whatever.
